Individual residents purchase their own locker directly. No capital outlay for the HOA. The board approves, residents get the storage they’ve been asking for.
HOA Purchase
The HOA purchases the lockers as a building asset, then includes them as part of the amenity package or offers them to residents as a monthly add-on.

Is there any cost to the building or association?
Residents purchase their locker directly with no capital outlay and no financial obligation of any kind to the building. For associations that prefer to own the lockers as a building asset, we offer an HOA purchase model as well. Every property is different. We’ll work with you to find the right fit for your building.
Are you insured?
Yes. Park’ɴNest is fully insured and carries General Liability and Workers Compensation coverage. A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request. The Association and/or Property Management may be named as Additional Insured for the duration of the installation period.
What is the building's role once it approves Park'ɴNest?
Once approved, we work in partnership with your team. We coordinate scheduling, resident communication, and installation while accommodating buildings that prefer to be more involved in the process.
What does the installation process look like?
Our team handles everything. Lockers are installed in coordinated phases with no disruption to daily garage operations.
Do you help with resident communication?
Yes. We provide a fully coordinated resident rollout including postcards, signage, email templates, and onsite support. We work in partnership with your building throughout the process.
What if residents are not interested after the demo?
If the building chooses not to move forward after the Complimentary Nest Program, we remove the locker. No obligation, no cost, nothing left behind.
