These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Park’ɴNest™ website, services, applications, and any integrations with third-party platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Park’ɴNest™

Park’ɴNest™ provides secure, elevated storage solutions installed above designated parking spaces, along with related digital tools and services that support customer management, billing, and operational workflows.

2. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Park’ɴNest™ may integrate with third-party services, including accounting and business management platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks.

Park’ɴNest™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. Use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

3. Use of Connected Account Data

When you connect a third-party account, including QuickBooks, you authorize Park’ɴNest™ to access certain data necessary to provide the service. This data may include:

• Customer information

• Invoices

• Payments

• Accounting and transaction records

Connected account data is used solely to provide application functionality. Park’ɴNest™ does not sell, rent, or disclose this data to third parties except as required to operate the service or comply with legal obligations.

4. Authorization

By connecting a third-party account, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant Park’ɴNest™ access to that account and its associated data.

5. Data Security

Park’ɴNest™ maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. Access to connected account data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel only.

6. Account Disconnection

You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through the applicable platform or within the Park’ɴNest™ application.

Upon disconnection, Park’ɴNest™ will no longer access connected account data, except where retention is required for recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or compliance with applicable law.

7. No Financial Authority

Unless explicitly authorized within the application, Park’ɴNest™ does not initiate payments, withdrawals, transfers, or other financial transactions on behalf of users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Park’ɴNest™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the service or any third-party integration.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
