Behind Park’ɴNest™ is a team of people who genuinely care about how residential communities function. We noticed something hiding in plain sight: the space above every parked car in every residential garage, just sitting there, unused. That observation became an idea. That idea became Park’ɴNest.
We do not believe a great idea should be complicated to implement. Park’ɴNest lockers are freestanding, which means no permits, no construction, and no disruption to the building or its residents. Our professional installation team handles everything from the first conversation to the final locker.

Where We Operate
Park’ɴNest started in South Florida, where our first installations proved the concept and the demand. We are now operating across multiple markets and growing fast, with plans to reach more than 60 cities by the end of 2027.
