End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Park’ɴNest™

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Park’ɴNest™ application, platform, services, and integrations (“Application”), operated by Park’ɴNest™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, installing, or using the Application, including authorizing access to Intuit QuickBooks or any other third-party service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Park’ɴNest™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application solely for lawful parking management, billing, invoicing, automation, reporting, and related operational purposes.

2. Authorization & Use of QuickBooks Data

By connecting the Application to Intuit QuickBooks, you expressly authorize Park’ɴNest™ to access, collect, process, transmit, and store QuickBooks data only to the extent necessary to provide the Application’s intended functionality, including but not limited to:

• Invoice creation and delivery

• Payment status synchronization

• Financial reporting and automation

• Customer communication related to billing

Park’ɴNest™:

• Does not sell QuickBooks data

• Does not use data for advertising or marketing

• Accesses data strictly under user authorization

3. Data Privacy & Security

Park’ɴNest™ implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

All data access complies with:

• Intuit QuickBooks API policies

• Applicable data protection and privacy laws

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain valid authorization for all connected QuickBooks accounts

• Ensure data accuracy and lawful use

• Keep login credentials secure and confidential

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Intuit terms

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application relies on third-party services, including but not limited to Intuit QuickBooks, payment processors, automation platforms, and email services.

Park’ɴNest™ is not responsible for:

• Downtime, interruptions, or errors caused by third-party platforms

• Changes, updates, or limitations imposed by Intuit or other service providers

6. Revocation & Disconnection

You may revoke Park’ɴNest™ access to QuickBooks at any time through:

• Your QuickBooks account settings, or

• Disconnecting the Application

Upon revocation, Park’ɴNest™ will cease access to QuickBooks data, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business, accounting, or compliance purposes.

7. Service Availability

While Park’ɴNest™ strives to provide reliable service, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Park’ɴNest™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to:

• Use of the Application

• QuickBooks or third-party integrations

• Data synchronization, automation, or reporting processes

9. Termination

Park’ɴNest™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application if:

• This Agreement is violated

• Continued use poses a security or compliance risk

• Required by Intuit policies or applicable law

10. Modifications to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Park’ɴNest™ operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
