Storage is one of the most consistent complaints in multifamily living. You start researching solutions and quickly realize the options split into two very different products that solve the problem in almost opposite ways. The difference is worth understanding before you start comparing.
The moment a permanent amenity enters the conversation, so does everything that comes with it, from contractor bids to structural approvals to months of disruption residents never asked for. Park’ɴNest adds the storage your building needs without a single tool touching your building’s walls or ceilings.
Off-site self-storage looks like the obvious answer right up until the second trip across town in a week, and then the monthly bill that keeps coming whether you visit or not. Most residents stop going within a few months, which raises a question worth asking. Why does the storage have to be anywhere but home?
Every property manager knows the cycle. A notice goes out, the garage gets cleaned up, and within a few weeks the bins and boxes have quietly returned to the same corners they always do. You can send the notice again, or you can look at why residents keep putting their belongings there in the first place.
Residents keep asking for more storage and buildings keep looking for amenities that actually set them apart. It turns out both have been looking past the same empty space above every parking spot in the garage.
