No. Park'ɴNest is entirely resident-funded. Residents purchase their locker directly through Park'ɴNest. There is no capital outlay, no budget line, and no financial obligation of any kind to the building.
Yes. Park'ɴNest carries General Liability and Workers' Compensation coverage and names your building as an additional insured. A current Certificate of Insurance is available upon request.
Once approved, we work in partnership with your team. We coordinate scheduling, resident communication, and installation — while accommodating buildings that prefer to be more involved in the process.

Yes. We provide a fully coordinated resident rollout including postcards, signage, email templates, and onsite support. We work in partnership with your building throughout the process.
